Kirtland's Warbler 16th May 2014

We had great views of the highly endangered Kirtland's Warbler near Grayling, Michigan on 16th May. We awoke to a light dusting of snow in the morning. Temperatures had been rapidly decreasing
over the last few days from the high of 32 degrees Celsius only a few days ago down to about -2 degrees Celsius. This is a highly restricted species which relies on a very specialised habitat. There's more information on one of the pictures of the information board below.
